Why our carts don’t come with surprises
Most used carts get cleaned up and listed. Ours get pulled apart. The Ideal 40 is our 40-point rebuild and inspection checklist — batteries, controller, brakes, steering, suspension, tires, charging system, lights, and everything in between. Every item we replace goes on a build sheet that leaves with the cart.
